Chase’s love of cooking came at a young age through inspiration and encouragement provided by his grandmother. Some of his fondest memories of childhood are in the kitchen preparing family feasts with her. He joined his high school’s culinary arts program and competition team at the age of 14, which ultimately led to his enrollment at Le Cordon Bleu’s Culinary Arts Program under the training of Certified Master Chef, Daryl Shular. During this time, Chase was also presented with the opportunity to cook at the prestigious East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta which became the cornerstone of his love of fine dining. From here, his culinary skills progressed even further with two years of participation in Vail Resorts Culinary Management Program. Through the love for his grandmother, diligence in education, and pursuit of success in the kitchen, Chase continues his journey at Snake River Grill.
