Born in Spokane, Washington, raised in Anchorage, Alaska and a 20 year resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, Dustin finally found his home in Jackson, Wyoming. During his 30 years in the restaurant business he has held nearly every position in both the dining room & kitchen. Dustin learned first-hand the back-breaking work that it takes to get quality food to the table from his 10 years in the kitchen, which developed his strong work ethic. He began working in the dining room in 1998, at Jackson Lake Lodge in Grand Teton National Park and quickly realized that the front of the house is where he thrived. In 2002, Dustin returned to Scottsdale and joined the Dos Gringos Family of restaurants as Director of Events & General Manager. After opening 8 stores over 8 years with his Arizona family, he longed for the mountains of Wyoming and returned to Jackson in 2009 to join the Teton Mountain Lodge team, working at the Cascade and Spur restaurants. Dustin joined the Snake River Grill in 2014 and graduated from serving and bartending to a recent promotion as General Manager. He is proud to be a steward of the restaurant’s great service, food and family-first qualities that have enabled the Snake River Grill to endure and thrive for the past 25 years.
