Sous Chef

A West Virginia native and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Stephanie made the move to Jackson Hole in 2012 and began her first job in the valley at the Snake River Grill. After 3 years, she expanded her horizons pursuing new opportunities that included a chef position of an exclusive hunting lodge, her own private chef business and apprenticing at some of the best restaurants in the country including The French Laundry in Napa and Grace Restaurant in Chicago. Not long after, Stephanie craved to be back in the high energy environment of the kitchen and returned as Sous Chef of Snake River Grill, describing it as an easy choice that felt like coming home.
